Dane Jeffrey Cook was born on March 18, 1972, and is an American stand-up comedian and film actor. He has released six comedy albums: Harmful If Swallowed; Retaliation; Vicious Circle; Rough Around the Edges: Live from Madison Square Garden; and Isolated Incident.
Cook was a very shy person, however, he overcame his shyness in his junior year of high school, when he began acting and doing stand-up comedy. After graduating from high school, he studied graphic design in college as a backup plan, in case he did not achieve success in comedy. He now designs all of his merchandise, including the cover of his album, Harmful If Swallowed.

Donna Jean and her husband George F. Cook are late. Donna died on July 3, 2006, in Delray Beach, Florida, United States, and her cause of death is yet to be known, Her husband George passed away in 2007 and his cause of death is also yet to be revealed.
